Set up New Customer ID Number: Complete the form below to discuss being a customer.

Submit Your Order: Follow the instructions; how to use commercial portal*. If you have doubt regarding tests or matrix selection. Contact our Customer Service for support.

Ship and Submit Samples:  Please use plastic containers and make sure the conditions for shipment are sufficient to ensure samples arrive in good condition for analysis, see also document for sending samples to NQAC Nunspeet*. Make sure the sample amount is sufficient to perform all analysis, see document Sample amount* and ship samples to: Nestlé Nederland BV- NQAC Nunspeet, Laan 106 - NL8071 JC, Nunspeet - The Netherlands.

Samples can be received Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m.- 16:00. EST. Samples received before 12:00 will be registered the same day. You will receive an acknowledgement with expected due date.

Requirements for shipment of samples by non-EU Customers: A special procedure is required for samples which are being sent to use from outside the European Union.

Your Results: We report every working day. Results are issued via email in .pdf format and Excel sheet.
