Set up New Customer ID Number: Complete the form to discuss being a customer, make Service Agreement and be able to create Analysis Request in our Portal.
Submit Your Order: Before sending the samples you should receive Customer ID Number and create Analysis Request in your personal account. Unsure about what testing to select? We can provide suggestions to ensure you receive the most accurate and efficient results based on your needs.
Collect and Package Samples: Collect samples according to the sampling rules (Helpful Guide) that are representative of the product to be tested, and package carefully to prevent loss of sample integrity during shipping. Be sure to include a printout of your Analysis Request in your shipment and confirm that your sample labels match the information on the form.
Ship and Submit Samples: Ship samples to NQAC Zhukovsky, 15 Mitchurina str., Zhukovsky 140180 Russia.
Samples are received Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. Moscow time. Samples received prior to 2:00 p.m. are processed the same day. Samples received after 2:00 p.m. could be acknowledged next day.
Your Results: Our standard turn around time for analyses see in Helpful Guide. Obtained results are entered in the analytical reports. These reports are sent by email in PDF format. Paper reports are sent monthly by Russian Post.
