We at NQAC Mulgrave hold quality in the highest regard and are proud to be an ISO 17025:2018 accredited laboratory since 2012 and a TGA accredited laboratory since 2018 These are two of the most recognized and reputable standards in the field of laboratory analysis and calibration. We are also accredited in ISO 9001:2015.
NQAC Mulgrave is the Australia Pacific zone coordinators for Nestle proficiency testing working closely with the Nestle research and development center situated in Lusanne, Switzerland. In this capacity we are the lead in quality compliance for more than 20 laboratories, both internal and external, who anticipate in the Nestle quality assurance program in the region. We are also highly recognized by our own performance in both Nestle and FAPAS proficiency testing programs.
We provide all our analysts with comprehensive in-depth training in the fundamentals of a good quality system, GLP and GMP, why it is important and how it is applied in their day to day activities.
