Microbiology analysis is started the same day of sample receival. Chemistry analysis is done in batches which are rostered throughout the week to give best TAT times to our customers.

Set up New Customer ID Number: Request a New Customer Information Form by emailing Labservices.NQACMUL@au.nestle.com

Submit Your Order: Once the customer number is created, Labservices will provide the login details. You can then use the login details to access the commercial portal and select the required testing.

Collect and Package Samples: Collect samples that are representative of the product you want tested. Box or package samples with appropriate ice packs/packing material to prevent loss of sample integrity during shipment. Use coolers and ice packs for temperature sensitive samples.Organize and clearly label your samples for easy matching with your Analysis Request Form.

Ship and Submit Samples: Nestlé Quality Assurance Centre, 254-294, Wellington Road, Mulgrave, VIC 3170

Samples are received Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. AEST. Samples for microbiology analysis received prior to 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day.

Your Results: We receive, test and report from Monday to Friday. Results are issued via email in .pdf format.
