NQAC York provides Chemical and Microbiogical testing for a wide range of food, pet food and beverage products.
In addition to our analytical portfolio, we also have our customer-facing Customer Service team that work alongside the Chemistry and Microbiology Teams to provide sample management and technical support for factories.

We also ensure laboratory competence across the business, ensuring compliance and testing excellence in factory and external laboratories through Good Laboratory Practice audits, Proficiency Testing and expert technical support such as method development/validation, supporting investigations and delivering training related to laboratory practices.
Customer feedback is important to us so we can continuously work with our customers to improve our service and exceed customer expectations
We welcome customers and guests by appointment anytime during the year – customers can tour our facilities, meet our team and discuss their requirements. For those of you who are unable to meet us in person then we are also more than happy to arrange a call.
