NQAC York Chemistry Department provides an Nutritional testing portfolio for our customers across zone Europe and beyond.

Our portfolio is centered around the “Big 8” suite of nutritional testing that is used to establish the nutritional parameters reported on product packaging. This includes:

  • Energy
  • Carbohydrates
  • Sugars
  • Fats and Saturated Fats
  • Fibres
  • Protein
  • Sodium (used to calculate Salt content)

Our aim to provide customers with results that they can trust in a timescale that meets their requirements. We are also committed to continually improving in these aspects to constantly delight our customers.
