Submit Your Order: Unsure about what testing to select? Our Customer Service team can provide suggestions to ensure you receive the most accurate and efficient results based on your needs.

Collect and Package Samples: Collect samples that are representative of the product to be tested, and package carefully to prevent loss of sample integrity during shipping. Be sure to include a printout of your Analysis Request in your shipment and confirm that your sample labels match the information on the form.

Samples are received Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Samples received prior to 12:00 noon are processed the same day.

Your Results: We receive, test and report from Monday to Friday.
